The authors of this documment call into question the way like the main current of Economics presents human being, as a cold person, who calculates all his decisions and whose main feature is selfishness which makes him the focus of all the welfare possibilities. On the contrary, the ethical dimension is opossed to this kind of arguments, integrating all social dimensions of human life as basic elements of human nature. Also, this article states that ethics elements are necessary to comprehend widely the future of economic kowledge which has been mainly centered in its technical matters. The present paper assumes three main ideas: first, modern men show an ethical betrayal; second, economics hides efficiently some kind of ideology which corresponds to interests of particular social groups (dominant class) and third, education ignores its critical function with respect to the aforementioned matters. Also, this work highlights how Marxist thought points out the problem between ethics and economics and states how important is to assume an ethical dimension, for both men and economics, in order to find an alternative way for getting a real human and social transformation. In order to perform this last purpose some ideas that relates economics with ethics are presented.
