Objective: this research article aims to analyze the learning methods used to develop the processes of formation of social and cultural enterprises in the subregion North and West of the department of Caldas in the framework of the project Strengthen the culture. Methodology: the characteristics of training in entrepreneurship are studied from perspectives that value aspects of feeling and context to generate situated learning. In addition, literature on learning outside the classroom, experiential learning and andragogy is reviewed, and fieldwork is carried out with project communities. Finding: Methodologies of working with the communities of the project are applied and from them an alternative training space called Cultural coffee is formalized. Conclusion: Learning methods adjusted to the dynamics of entrepreneurs and in informal settings promote the appropriation of knowledge and the recognition of other entrepreneurs to promote associativeness among them.
