This work is about the automatization of processes in the area of Risks in a company of the financial sector in Colombia. After a SWOT analysis, became evident the lack of a clear organization at the time of processing a large part of the information that arrives in the area, mainly at the time of making the report for a committee to which the area managers in Colombia go, which is done monthly. After evaluating the options, it was concluded that the most viable option and the one that was available was to create in Excel a document with the background programming in charge of carrying out all the processing of the information and yielding the required results.
