The objective of the following case study is to recognize the negative consequences of not taking advantage of the interdependent relationships that Colombia has with other countries of the hemisphere, which do not allow to strengthen an international regime about migration. Not only the lack of interest that some regional organisms have demonstrated for finding real solutions to the migratory problem, but also the failure in the migratory policy of the states that have been affected for the irregular transit migration, has unleashed humanitarian crisis that affect socially, politically and economically cross boarder population.
