This work suggests the utilization of the meta-theory inside the administrative studies, to study the weight of the culture in the international business. The previous thing will allow to the administrators to highlight that in the human negotiations consensuses happen not only established but also a wide digest of actions in those who control subjective processes parallel to the codifications rationalized between the social actors. There is taken again the meta-theory arisen in the decade of 1980, for his inclusive and synthetic characteristics, before the perspectives traditionally closed to the processes that provoke inside the continuous social one delimited by the ends of the debate mike and macro socially.
