The purpose of this article is to present the design and implementation of three-dimensional virtual tour of the Popular University of Cesar -UPC- Sheets Campus. This project was accomplished with the goal that anyone can know the physical plant of the UPC, regardless of where it is located. To achieve this goal it began with a review and comparison of software tools most commonly used to perform virtual tours around the world, to know their features, benefits and applications in order to select the most appropriate tools for this project, then a diagnosis of knowledge of the physical plant by the university community was made and finally the design and implementation of three-dimensional virtual tour on the institutional website. The developed application allows the user to know the distribution of rooms in blocks, laboratory locations of each career, the administrative offices functions and conduct guided tours so that visitors can know the exact location of a particular point within the University. Each building, chair, lighting, tree planting and monuments were modeled in three dimensions with measures close to the real and similar to that of each subject, providing a close to virtual reality experience textures.
