Objective: describe the health and work conditions of workers in the plant production of a plastic packaging factory. Methodology: descriptive study of cut cross. The population was composed of fifty workers from the areas of printing, dispatches, maintenance, mixing and blowing of the company. II was used National Survey of Occupational Health and Safety Conditions in the System General Occupational Hazards of the Ministry of Labor, 2013. Results: 34% of the population belongs to the male gender, the average age is 34 and they are single or they live in free union. All workers are affiliated with the ARL, all of the workers enjoy their labor rights, 64.7% of men and 90.9% of the women receive monthly incomes between $ 589,500 and $ 1,000,000 pesos; 98% of the workers feel satisfied in their work; Staff turnover is low. The Significant occupational hazards correspond to exposure to noise, temperature and biomechanical dangers. In general, the accident rates in the last year are low. Conclusions: 98% of the workers feel satisfied with their employment, due to the low turnover of staff, permanence in employment, absence of problems in the coexistence or the hierarchical structure, receive the agreed salary in a timely manner and also the incidence of occupational diseases and accidents at work is low.
