The following work addressed the topic of Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation at education, and its purpose was to inquire how the pedagogic and educative practices potentialize the development of capabilities for its development in the cycles 1 and 2. The methodology is located in a qualitative perspective of an exploratory and descriptive type in two educational institutions at the city of Medellin, one Public and the other one private. This is developed through profound interviews performed with Directives and teachers. With the students, the inquiry was made through an interview based on superheroes. It's established the following analysis units articulated to the objective: Capabilities of social Entrepreneurship, social innovation, entrepreneur profile, curriculum and entrepreneurship and the management of entrepreneurship, in the political context. The findings make evident the characteristics that guide a formation in entrepreneurship and social innovation from childhood starting with creativity, the playing, leadership, education in ethics and values and in general through the development of human dimensions, emphasizing the importance in integral protection of childhood and the responsibility from teachers in entrepreneurship and social innovation formation. It becomes evident that entrepreneurship can be set about at home, at the classroom, at school and at every ambit where an idea emerges. By another hand, it's the performing of entrepreneurship is understood as the improvement of something existent, due to a lack, need or something that doesn't go well or because is something known that can be improved.
