This paper proposes an overall review of the knowledge and application of neurosciences in the classroombased on an analysis derived from the application of knowledge measurement instruments in thisdiscipline to the teachers of the departmental institutions of some of the municipalities of MagdalenaCentro (Cundinamarca). The goal is to identify the current situation of neuro-education or neuro-didacticsand their application inside the classroom in this part of the department; it also seeks to show thatneurosciences are designed to optimize teaching-learning processes supported by new strategies andeducational technologies focused on the functioning of the central nervous system governed by the brainas the main organ of human beings.
