The article derives from work carried out by six universities (Fundacion Universitaria Iberoamericana, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Universidad San Buenaventura, Universidad Pedagogica Nacional, Universidad Santo Tomas, Universidad Libre de colombia) that have embarked on a research project agency: “Training of trainers and public policy of early childhood” with the support of ASCOFADE. Fundamental aims to highlight the importance of programs for educators and teachers and children under two basic categories that should become one of the transversal axes in the Faculties of Education and from there to frame the analysis and reflections on Education for children in the initial stage.
