Adolescence is considered a critical period in the acquisition of healthy food habits and lifestyles. Determine dietary habits, nutritional status and healthy lifestyles in adolescents of the educational institution Marseille. Bogota DC. Methodology: Descriptive cross-sectional study. The population consisted of 35 adolescents from 12 to 17 years of age, from a District Educational Institution. Dietary habits are assessed by means of a questionnaire of frequency of consumption, nutritional status by arm circumference, triceps fold, and neck circumference, and (BMI), lifestyles by means of a structured survey. Results: 74.2% of the adolescents were classified with a normal BMI, 94.3% in normality according to CC, in the same way by CB 62.9%, and triceps fold 48.6% in excess. 74.1% ingested alcohol, 54.1% students brush their teeth two or three times a day. White rice is the most consumed food daily with 82.8%. 82.9% of adolescents sleep 6-8 hours a day and 65.7% perform physical activity in their free time. Conclusion: 74.2% of adolescents were classified in a normal BMI and 17.1% in overweight. There was a high consumption of alcohol and a low percentage of physical activity during the week and in their free time. 77.1% of students eat breakfast on a daily basis.
