In this project, we layout the significance of communitarian aqueducts in Colombia for the formation of social networks between different groups of people: private citizens, communities and institutions. Furthermore, we try to show how these structures are essential for the development of rural communities and the productivity of their territories. On the other hand, we try to show the difficulties that these kind of projects have to face in Colombia.
