Abstract This article describes the organizations’ communication process considering paradigm breaking in companies, executive challenges and teamwork in order to optimize assertive and proactive communication. While companies face new challenges and different corporate communication situations, they must adapt or completely modify their information inputs with the aim of turning them into useful and pertinent tools. Learning how to communicate correctly is a constant commitment, because one of the weaknesses that happen in everyday life is to induce others to make mistakes when some idea is transmitted badly, as they are not clear in what we want to express. Enterprises need to inquire into information systems through organizations’ communication evolution.
