This article of theoretical revision was motivated by examining the problem of Significance in different scenarios of everyday life and that are mediated by language. Therefore, the main objective of this article is to define what is the meaning from culture, communication and language, for which first these terms will be defined, then relate to disciplines such as linguistics, pragmatics and cognitive linguistics. Here is not only theorized, there were also some examples that serve as implementation of the aforementioned theory and that perfectly lands what is the meaning, highlighting at all times that for there to be meaning.
