Bonaventurian pedagogical practice of teaching requires constant reflection depending on the hallmark that characterizes it and under the guidelines of the Franciscan philosophy. In this sense, this research raised general objective to characterize the pedagogical practice of teachers programs Health Sciences of the sectional USB Cartagena from elements of the Franciscan Pedagogy. To obtain the results was necessary to identify the elements present in the PEP and syllabus; describe the pedagogical practices of teachers in relation to those elements, taking into account the purposes of training methodologies and learning assessment; and finally, propose lifelong learning strategies for teachers to recognize their identity based on the Franciscan Pedagogy. The methodology was descriptive with analysis results under qualitative and quantitative approach.
