This work is an analysis of joumalistic quality that seeks to answer the question: how is collective memory reconstructed through joumalism? Through an exercise of media observatory in which 41 joumalistic pieces were collected corresponding to the periods between June and August of 2014 and August to December of 2015, in the newspapers El Tiempo and El Espectador. Thanks to this, based on the data weighted in the base matrix, the information is classified into 120 graphs that allow, through the analysis, to conclude that the reconstruction of the collective memory for joumalism has important challenges to face, such as to deepen the investigative processes; expose the different narratives which conform the collective memory; track the various joumalistic pieces; and present a range of themes that nurture from different dimensions of the country's life and memory.
