Problema: El contrabando en Colombia es un fenomeno de corrupcion que ataca al pais y afecta a diferentes sectores de la economia, los principales afectados son las personas que legalmente hacen empresa y comercio legal. Esta actividad economica se produce con la entrada y salida de mercancias evadiendo impuestos, atentando directamente al empleo en el pais, y trae como consecuencia informalidad, crimen organizado y desempleo. Se considera como contrabando un valor superior a 50 salarios minimos en mercancias que se importen o exporten del territorio colombiano por lugares no habilitados. Objetivo: Analizar acerca del contrabando de textiles que entran de forma ilegal al pais, y los problemas legales a los que se enfrenta cada ciudadano que practica este delito. Metodologia: El enfoque realizado en la siguiente investigacion es cuantitativo, estadisticas que se realizan para verificar y analizar la hipotesis planteada obteniendo informacion sobre la realidad social en torno a lo investigado, aportando un mayor valor al analisis. Conclusion: el contrabando afecta la economia del pais, ilicito que sirve como lavado de activos y que genera ganancias donde su objetivo es el no pago de tributos aduaneros como aranceles, existiendo formas diversas de esta practica.PALABRAS CLAVES: Contrabando, Corrupcion, Soborno, Competitividad, Innovacion.ABSTRACT Problem: Smuggling in Colombia is a phenomenon of corruption that attacking the country and affects different sectors of the economy, the main affected are those people that legally make company and legal trade. It is considered as contraband a value of more than 50 minimum wages in goods imported or exported of Colombian territory by places not qualified. Objective: To analyze the smuggling of textiles that enters illegally into the country, and the legal problems faced by every citizen who practices this crime. Methodology: From the approach carried out in the following research is quantitative, statistics are performed to verify and analyze the hypothesis raised obtaining information about the social reality around the investigated, contributing a greater value to the analysis Conclusion: smuggling affects the economy of the country, unlawful act that serves as money laundering and that generates profits where its objective is the non-payment of customs duties like tariffs, there are various forms of this practice.KEY WORDS: Smuggling, Corruption, Bribery, Competitiveness, Innovation.
