The implementation of tools and methodologies within organizations facilitate the achievement of their objectives, the control of resources, the quality of products and services, as well as the process of continuous improvement. In the present project, a proposal for improvement was presented to the activities that are in charge of the company IPS Unipsalud 2000 Guaduas Ltda., Taking into account the order of importance and the high impact to the current system, which will allow to appreciate the changes in relation to a point of reference, the trends in the taking of laboratory samples and the timely attention of the users.
