In the present article a theoretical revision of the processes that are part of the area of human talent is made, which include: the manual of positions, selection of personnel, induction and reinduction, training, evaluation of performance, and creation of zones of career guidance. This theoretical exploration is compared with the procedures of the area of human talent in a private company in the city of Pasto, which is identified as an organization that transforms and provides new life experiences achieving comprehensive satisfaction, health needs, beauty and well-being to their patients, users and collaborators. As a research method, bibliographic review of important sources is used, which are contrasted with the human talent processes of the company. As a result, the description and content of the procedures of the human talent area, job profiles, and other formats that enriched the area were updated. The above, allowed to contribute to the growth of the company and its collaborators.
