The following paper aims to analyze the process management and its effectiveness in a company in the city of Manizales, Caldas, called Lilaescarlata. For this, a plan is proposed, a plan that includes, first of all, a theoretical reconstruction of the notion of company and what is the management of processes. Later, a methodology with a qualitative approach to observe the reality of the firm in question. As findings it is exposed that the management of processes is the vision implemented by the managers and accepted and respected by the same employees. The general written conclusion indicates that the process management is effective in Lilaescarlata as it validates the system idea, allows the achievement of goals and objectives drawn, identifies critical faults and provides a global perspective on macro and subprocesses, among others things.
