The purpose of this research note is to reflect on the evaluation of educational quality, its importance, effectiveness of the evaluation systems and the elements that interact in it, such as political, social, academic, financial and cultural. There will be a brief introspection of the quality of education in Colombia and the results of a positive evolution against the social development objectives set by the state.
