espanolEl presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo disenar y validar indicadores de engano a traves del lenguaje no verbal que permitan detectar el engano en contextos penales. La investigacion es validacion de contenido por medio de juicio de expertos. Para ello se eligieron 19 jueces que tuvieran una experiencia minima de 5 anos en la realizacion de entrevistas judiciales o con fines legales. El lenguaje no verbal puede ofrecer informacion sobre la presencia de mentira, pero es necesario tener entrenamiento para que aspectos como creencias no intervengan y afecten las investigaciones judiciales. Debido a estas dificultades el uso de estos indicadores no verbales de mentira es poco aplicable y se sugiere la aplicacion de evaluaciones mas objetivas en el campo de la psicologia del testimonio. EnglishThe present research had the objective to design and validate indicators of deception in non-verbal language that allows to detect deceipt from the non-verbal behavior in the criminal context. Research is content validation through expert judgement. For this purpose, 19 judges who had a minimum experience of 5 years in conducting judicial interviews or for legal purposes were selected . Non-verbal language can provide information on the presence of a lie, but training is necessary for aspects such as beliefs not to intervene and affect judicial investigations. Because of these difficulties the use of these non-verbal lying indicators have little application and the practice of more objective evaluations in the field of psychology of testimony is suggested.
