The objective of this research was to analyze the management of the administrative processes in the Oleorios S.A. and Quevepalma extractors located in the north zone of Los Rios province, Ecuador; attending to its planning, organization, direction and control. In this sense, all the population to the whole personnel was considered as a sample of 104 Palmicultores distributed in the two extractors. As an agreement, the objective, goals, actions, plans, policies, procedures and performance methods were identified in the extraction companies, which constitutes as a diagnostic study of the real situation in the administrative process, which will allow reaching important conclusions to influence the execution of the activities with efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness.
