The present work established the prevalence of the Burnout Syndrome in the English teachers of the Department of Intercultural Studies of the School of Education and Humanities at the Military University of Nueva Granada during the second semester of 2017. To achieve this goal the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educators Survey was used. This instrument was applied to all teachers (52) who were working at the University during October 2017.
