No obstante, se observa que el conflicto es un fenomeno omnipresente en la historia de la humanidad, advirtiendo que, sin intervalos, llegan noticias sobre personas, miembros o instituciones de la comunidad que se enfrentan o entran en controversias entre ellas, originando tensiones entre paises o al menos amplios grupos sociales de un pais. Permite el ejercicio de investigacion, abordar la negociacion circunscrita a la interaccion, comunicacion, en defensa de intereses determinados, incompatibles, propiciando ver la solucion, el conflicto y la teoria de juegos, ante situaciones de contaminacion ambiental y seguridad humana. EnglishDiverse studies and investigations have been published on the subject, among them Vincenc Fisas, who sees that a peace culture very much constitutes the worldwide challenge of tackling conflicts from a different viewpoint. This investigation brings notes about negotiations and the resolution of conflicts over water complemented with theoretical and practical elements from the work of the aforementioned autor. The resolution of this type of conflicts is a highly current topic in the countries we live in and that we visit. However, it is noticeable that this conflict is a pervasive phenomenon in the history of humanity, observing that news about people, members or institutions of a community that confront or take part in a controversy between them causing tension among countries or at least wide social groups of a given country are known daily. Addressing negotiations circumscribed to the interaction and communication on behalf of specific incompatible interests, tending towards the resolutions, the conflict and the game theory arising from environmental and human security situations, allow starting investigations.
