The implementation of the Time Lapse method is intended to simulate work scenarios from the recordings obtained with the implementation of this tool, in order to determine the optimum time from a work distribution thrown by simulations made by the Arena Software. With the acquired results, the corrective and preventive actions necessary for the distribution of the personnel in work and the efficiency of this one are implemented, which makes the work more productivity, because it saves time and costs. This is very useful because the procedure performed can be studied to create a plan of action through which strategies are created.
