In Civil Engineering there are great resources that seek the simplicity of the processes, be it design, construction or administration, many of them are reduced, simplified or omitted, so that they reach the objective, which sometimes produce serious errors, this the most important results currently in Colombia which is Hydrology and Hydraulics, a branch of engineering that is responsible for the study of the phenomena related to water resources in relation to a specific geographical area, because of this they present many of the floods, scour , overflows, among other problems that affect the population, occur frequently.
