The present work of degree establishes a study of labor burdens and organizational climate in the general comptroller of the department of Norte de Santander. Posing strategies of improvement for the different missionary processes and likewise, recommendations before the present working environment of the entity. Therefore, the work frames the execution of three objectives. Initially, the study of workloads by means of a direct interview format for the officials of the fiscal control units, fiscal and legal responsibility, estimating the impact of the workload of the processes currently in execution per official and dependency. likewise, the establishment of the causes and consequences obtained according to the problems declared by the officials, manifested through the Ishikawa diagram. And finally, the assessment of psychosocial risks to which employees are exposed, through the battery of psychosocial risk established and applied by the positive ARL insurance company, covered all the staff of the comptroller General of the department of Norte de Santander. It is expected that the present work will serve as the initial diagnosis for the organization in view of the need expressed, expressing conclusions of the findings found and recommendations for their mitigation.
