Las ciudades han cambiado y se mueven a un ritmo acelerado que implica retos para el gobierno que respondan a las ciudades de la globalizacion mediadas por las tecnologias. En este articulo se revisan estos cambios, asi como las respuestas implementadas para mejorar la movilidad, en relacion a los sistemas integrados de transporte masivo, en particular el tipo de transporte rapido en bus. Se requiere aun no solo de la integralidad del sistema sino tambien de conciencia ciudadana que vele por lo colectivo y una movilidad centrada en el ser humano. This article discusses these changes are reviewed, and the response implemented to improve mobility in relation to integrated mass transit systems, including the type of rapid bus transit. It still requires not only the integrity of the system but also public awareness to insure the collective and have mobility be centered on the human being.
