Through this work the results obtained from the pre-feasibility study are presented analyzing the different variables that make up the project conception at this level of detail, in order to provide the necessary foundation for the planning of this undertaking. During this process, the knowledge acquired during the career of the economic-administrative and managerial branch was used due to the need to achieve coordination between efforts and resources to achieve a goal.
