Esto nos permite visibilizar sus voces, los sentidos construidos por ellas y las dinamicas sociales en las cuales se encuentran inmersas, como una forma de repensar la reparacion no solo como una accion o medida administrativa por parte de los Estados por violacion de derechos humanos en el marco de conflictos armados, sino que involucra la participacion activa de las comunidades afectadas, donde procesos sociales se despliegan y pueden o no posibilitar la implementacion de la politica publica. La poblacion participante fue de 39 mujeres entre no organizadas, organizadas, lideresas y representantes legales de asociaciones EnglishThis research is a study of social representations with a gender perspective about the reparation of women who are currently subject to reparations within the framework of The 2011 victims’ law in Colombia. This allows us to visualize thir voices, the senses constructed by them, and the social dynamics in which they are immersed, as a way to rethink the reparation not only as an action or administrative measure of nations about violation of human rights within the framework of armed conflicts, but involves the active participation of the affected communities, where social processes are deployed and may or may not allow the implementation of public policy. For the development of the research, both qualitative and quantitative tools were used. The participating population was 39 women among unorganized, organized, leaders and legal representatives of associations.
