The content of this work is the whole journey we made in the final design project taking into account the state of the art, theories of social and sports motivation, of course it is accompanied by a design process that resulted in SAIO, which is a system composed of software and hardware which are based on incentives or prizes, in order to make young people from 18 to 24 leave the sedentary lifestyle and continue on the path of active life. The design of our system takes into account both the public and private to conduct sport routes throughout the city, in order to perform challenges that translate into points to earn incentives that promote the loyalty to the practice by young people.
