This paper aims to show the situation of exclusion and inequality of rural women from the gender perspective. Theoretical contextualization of problem is and then shows the results of the study on three categories: employment opportunities; access to education and access to health. From secondary information and fieldwork with rural people, women and men aged 20-60 years old, in the municipalities of Chia, Funza and Calera, the situation of social and economic vulnerability identified in which rural women are farmers in relation to men. The research followed the qualitative approach in two phases, one phase of diagnosis and characterization phase. The instruments were structured and semi-structured interview and questionnaire of closed questions. The sample consisted of 50 women and men in rural areas of the mentioned municipalities
