Precisamente, hoy por hoy, en las Cortes colombianas existe una nutrida polemica en torno a los conceptos mencionados. Ademas, como se sabe, el pasado 12 de noviembre de 2016, se firmo el Acuerdo Final para la Terminacion del Conflicto y la Construccion de una Paz Estable y Duradera. Asi las cosas, esta discusion esta llamada a tener una importancia capital, especialmente, en los actuales dias por los cuales transita Colombia, ad portas a un escenario de posconflicto. EnglishThe purpose of this article is to analyze the legal figures of real estate with no economic exploitation, unoccupied public lands, or unregistered real estate. This paper has been divided into two main parts based on the analysis of uncultivated lands. Afterwards, unregistered real estate will be analyzed, and practical and procedural conclusions will be drawn. This has the purpose of supporting and clarifying if the property is owned by the State or not. This matter is of the utmost importance in current times in Colombia where post-conflict is just around the corner.
