Análisis de los canales de distribución de las mipymes del sector metalmecánico de la ciudad de Barranquilla para establecer un modelo de negocio en el sector
The objective of this research article is to design an innovative model for the creation of a company dedicated to the commercialization of products for the Metalworking sector (Construction). An instrument was designed through interviews and structured surveys, applied to purchasing managers and commercial advisors in 8 companies in the metal-mechanic sector in the city of Barranquilla, which allowed obtaining percentage results for the creation of the project and thus being able to define which is the business model suitable for the marketing of metal-mechanic products.
