If I were asked to define the concept of constitutionality block, I believe its most correct entry would be that of the method ofinterpretationof the juridical system which makes possible the prevalence of the myth of codification and, consequently, of the formal constitutionalism as an only reference to the granting of constitution ranking to those norms, principies and values, dispersed by distinct normative bodies, and still without consecration in positive texts, bUI that in their essence. respond to the highest desires poured by the primary constituent, in that text which must highlight the path, the course and the destiny of the institutions within a State of Right.
