It is showed the development of mathematicalmodels to perform sensitivity analysis ofmechanisms to the dimensional tolerances of thelinks that form the basis of analytical synthesismodels based on generalized coordinates. It wasto propose a performance index based on thecondition number of the sensitivity matrix, whichcan be used as a criterion for select configurationsof mechanisms that provide fewer errors whenpassing through the positions of accuracy, whenchanges occur in the dimensions of the links.
