Características de la implementación de la política pública nacional jornada única escolar en el municipio de Manizales durante los años 2015 y 2016. estudio de caso
Education quality is one of the main goals to the administration in national, departmental and municipal levels, for this reason, different strategies have been designed to achieve a high academic performance in the student population, one of these has been the policy of Jornada Unica Escolar, which from the extension of the study day aims to generate spaces to reinforce knowledge in different areas and minimize risks to the vulnerable population. As of 2015, the implementation of the Jornada Unica Escolar program began in 36 educational institutions in Manizales city, generating an interest in the possibility of studying the results obtained from its implementation and the factors that have intervened to enhance or limit the getting of results. In this sense, the project pretends to characterize the implementation process of the National Public Policy of Jornada Unica Escolar in the municipality of Manizales during the years 2015 and 2016. For this purpose, seven interview guides have been designed, a focus group guide and a matrix for the documentary analysis. For the characterization discourse analysis was carried out and the analyzed categories were: Characterization of the Jornada Unica Escolar, Implementation factors, implementation process, implementation results and education quality. As results stand out the importance of factors such as infrastructure, school feeding, teaching human resources and the strengthening of the pedagogical component in the transfiguration of Public Policy in Jornada Unica Escolar.
