The continuous teacher training is an essential commitment to the improvement and scope of educational quality. It also implies taking on various challenges in front of the teaching profession and the wide-ranging challenges that teachers face today, especially in those new teacher training programs. While it is true that some teacher training processes have assumed the support of technological tools to enhance training and human development, it is equally important to take into account the role of management for learning in these fields. Consequently, the new educational policies that articulate aspects such as quality, self-evaluation and accreditation of higher education, bring as a result the need to achieve the permanence of teachers and also to improve the quality of education. This is how teacher training proposes a constant search for learning, intellectual development, and academic, in a context where educational quality interconnects with education, and in turn, with teachers, who are leaders and significant managers of knowledge development in your students. Therefore, this research was aimed at understanding the role of learning management in teacher training processes. In this way, it assumed educational management as the collective of tools, dynamics, ideas and all those actions that contribute to the development of teacher training, given the need and lack of knowledge, skills and competencies required to implement technological tools in the educational environment , mainly, in digital competencies.
