Abstract:

Corporate social responsibility is now an issue that has gained great importance in society. Therefore, it was considered necessary to check on the consistency between corporate strategy with social responsibility. This being important for the understanding of the society in which the organization is final, since it is they who legitimize the actions,these actions can generate in the public a positive view on the organization and would generate an added value that would make it a competitive strategy. Telefonica from organizational perspective, would address different fronts focused on the quality of education and the transmission of knowledge through new technologies, because of this they create Fundacion Telefonica. Currently the shares are presented underprivileged. This paper studies the link between these two organizations in order to propose a communication strategy to be directed towards the failure found during the investigation.
