Every day in the city of Bogota thousands of people are transported by taxi, some find this service from the street, others by a call or others through some mobile application or web page. The latter are becoming more frequent, which has generated a greater effort on the part of companies to provide better experiences to their users, delivering agile, comfortable and safe services. This degree work focuses on the analysis of the data generated through the application of services from the Smart Taxi application and the provision of the service, which aims to identify similar characteristics that allow grouping taxi drivers according to their behavior with the purpose of generating strategies focused mainly to improve the service levels of corporate clients.
