Propuesta de gestión para mejorar la calidad en la prestación de los servicios de consulta externa y urgencias en la E.S.E. Hospital Lázaro Alfonso Hernández Lara del municipio de San Alberto – Cesar
The E.S.E. Hospital Lazaro Alfonso Hernández Lara is implementing the necessary processes to comply with the standards of the Mandatory System Quality Assurance, controlling the risk associated with the provision of health services and the conditions under which these are offered, with the aim of provide security to the user, for this reason it is built and developed the idea of creating a strategy of continuous improvement in the quality of the provision of health services, the strategy is based statistically, based on the 200 surveys and hospital users through the Six Sigma methodology is determined multiple variables among which the perception of patient satisfaction stands. Given these results indicators are generated, which provide a fast, easy and concise valuable information about how is performing the delivery of quality service in the lázaro 7 hospital Hernández Lara in question and allow comparisons in time and space that They would otherwise be impossible. The use of indicators is and will remain useful for hospital administrators, health authorities and all those who in one way or another are linked to the improvement of the Health Sector and hospitals in particular. These indicators would be a fundamental part of the process described for implementing the main strategy defined as PUBLIC POLICY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT PROPOSAL OF THE CLINICAL MANAGEMENT IN HEALTH SERVICES HOSPITAL LAZARO HERNANDEZ LARA THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ALBERTO, CESAR, which based on a thorough statistical analysis using Six Sigma methodology and of which a descriptive characterization of the situation in relation to the quality of the hospital under study is obtained.
