Antecedentes: En el Futbol Sala (Futsal FIFA) el gol es el indicador por excelencia del rendimiento en los distintos campeonatos. Se revisaron los referentes de la modalidad Futsal en relacion a los analisis de los goles y especialmente los que estudian el impacto del primer gol. Objetivo: Reconocer el impacto del primer gol en relacion al resultado final, en la VIII Copa Mundial de Futsal FIFA Colombia 2016. Metodos: Se tomo los videos de la pagina web oficial de la FIFA, los 52 partidos, el primer gol versus el resultado final. El analisis estadistico se hizo con Epidat 3.1, por el metodo no parametrico Chi_2 de asociacion con nivel de significancia alfa=0.05. Resultados: Se presento asociacion significativa entre el anotar el primer gol (OR=25,4 - Chi_2=44,9 valor-p=0) y ganar el juego. Discusion: La comprobacion de alta probabilidad del equipo de hacer el primer gol y salir vencedor del encuentro; indiferente de la fase del torneo, la ubicacion final en la tabla o cuadro de honor, relacionando estos resultados, con los de la VII Copa Mundial Futsal FIFA 2012, Leite (2014), y estudios encontrados de Futsal FIFA mundial y nacional. Conclusion: En la evaluacion del rendimiento de los deportes colectivos, el analisis y cuantificacion de los factores externos de la carga, el impacto del primer gol (tecnico) es determinante para los componentes del rendimiento psicologico, tecnico, tactico y estrategico.
