An urban - environmental revitalization is proposed where a recovery of the existing main ecological structure and a transformation of the urban layout of the sector is generated. This will be developed through the implementation of 4 strategies. First of all, there is a total recovery of the Capellania Wetland and its continuation through the San Antonio Channel until reaching the Fucha River, generating different activities and uses of low impact that can help to recover this water body and give it the importance it deserves inside the city. By means of the second strategy, a new urban mesh is generated so that it is possible to allow an integration and a permeability of the nature within the sector, at the same time a densification is generated in the urban piece, creating mixed use areas where it is possible to respond to the multiple dynamics in the sector, thus reducing the use of vehicular transport and long routes within the city. The third strategy seeks to strengthen and complement the network of equipments, supplying the urban piece with the types of the missing equipments, thus creating an integral zone that can contain the majority of services needed by the community. As a last strategy, an approximation is made in a particular area of ​​the urban piece, where an architectural project is carried out, generating a multiple use building with priority in residential use, where it is possible to show a model of how a sustainable building could be be able to mitigate and even improve the environmental conditions of the place where it is implanted.
