This research work seeks to relate the effects of the project Voces Juveniles constructoras de Paz” in Bolonia, Usme sector, in terms of its central purpose to influence of Peacebuilding in that territory. For being an experience in which the one that elaborate this thesis participated, the work is located in a participatory and case study of intrinsic character so that the research process started from the systematization of the project experience as a basis to address the research questions and the participatory processes of working with the actors. In order to track the changes made by the project in terms of peace building, the participatory evaluation approach is used to collect the meanings, meanings and contributions experienced and recognized by the actors affiliated to the project in terms of: 1. strengthening the community networks; and 2. the relationship of the community with the institutions. That is why this work takes up the program's proposal, from there to evaluate with its actors, its achievements, scope and limitations, and with them its proximity to the purposes set.
