Modelo pedagógico Waldorf en Sierra Morena, Ciudad Bolívar : aportes en las prácticas de cuidado del jardín infantil, que hacen de la Corporación un territorio de paz
This work is part of the research project pedagogical model in Sierra Morena, Ciudad Bolivar: Contributions in the care practices of kindergarten, which make the Corporation a territory of peace., Whose objective is to understand the contributions of the model Pedagogical Waldorf in the construction of care practices of teachers in the kindergarten level of the Education and Social Waldorf Corporation of Sierra Morena-Ciudad Bolivar and that make the Corporation a territory of peace. Consequently, this proposal evidences the results of the field work carried out with directives, teachers, parents linked to the corporation, and beneficiaries children graduated. As well as her social worker, whose experience has been related to the dynamics implemented in the pedagogical and community. To this end, interviews and focus groups were carried out based on guiding questions related to the established categories. As findings, relevant practices in the subject of care are evidenced, which are closely related to the conceptual approaches of the Waldorf pedagogy, and the theoretical and practical purposes of the construction of territories of peace, for the assertive resolution of conflicts. in relation to the theoretical support, the research includes the postulates of content analysis and the narrative approach for the collection of information. Finally, we derive from the achievements achieved by the Corporation the learning in the category of care and make recommendations for FDI, in the educational and community work with families.
