Arreglo institucional para el modelo piloto intercultural de atención y prestación de servicios de salud para la población indígena del departamento del Amazonas : una propuesta a partir de la sistematización de la experiencia
This article presents the systematization of the process of implementation of the Intercultural Model of Attention and Delivery of Health Services for the Natives Population of the Amazon developed in the period 2010-2011 in order to reconstruct the logic of the process, generate lessons learned and analyze the relevance of the model adjusted to the current conditions promoted by the Comprehensive Health Care Policy (PAIS) and the Integral Model of Health Care (MIAS) from the perspective of the actors involved in the experience. The systematization resulted in an experience that realizes that only through the institutional arrangement and coordination among those responsible for the health system, can important transformations be generated that improve the quality of life of the natives populations, which in its great Most of them are very distant, and due to the difficult access, they do not have the necessary means to go on time to the health services offered by the State. Therefore the PHC (Primary Health Care) is the most appropriate alternative requires will, financial resources, organization, planning, concerted agendas and strengthening of positive interculturality and give value to the lessons learned to propose the adjustment to the model.
