Based on the relevance of the organizational climate in the development of creativity in organizations, this research sought to review the incidence of the “creativity training” in organizational climate variables in a health service provider institution (IPS). Therefore, a study of quasi-experimental and co-relational order with quantitative approach to the data was carried out; in a sample composed of 24 collaborators who are leaders, coordinators and / or responsible for processes of the Centennial Departmental Hospital of Seville. Establishing a control group and an intervention group; that allowed to conclude that the statistic does not show significant differences between the results of the intervention group between the pre-test and the post-test. In this sense, the quantitative results suggest that the development of a creativity training program does not have an impact on the organizational climate of an institution that provides health services. However, some empirical observations and the slight improvement in the results of the control group suggest that a creativity training program affects some organizational climate variables of a health service provider institution.
