This methodological approach emerges as one of the questions of the research “The body practices in physical Education addressed through bio motor ability with the help of music” published in the Body, Culture and Movement Santo Tomas Journal. This research assessed 120 videos from classes which were characterized as successful experiences in teaching because of its relevance or impact in elementary high school students’ quality of life. From a rigorous analysis since some theoretical postulates, emerge different analysis categories which encourage physical motor, intrapersonal and interpersonal competences. The following talk deals with the intrapersonaland interpersonal competences defined by the didactic postulate teaching for Understanding, which enables to investigate gradually throughout the whole teaching and learning process. In the same way, it is suggested an chart for assessing those processes inside the classroom, it becomes in a reflexive tool for teachers who can literate their own subject area taking into account the emotional field fostering an educational culture in values and virtues.
