espanolExiste la necesidad de que los derechos no se ubiquen en escenarios intangibles, sino que se presenten en las acciones y capacidades que ejercen las mujeres en bus-queda de estados de mayor bienestar, no obstante, esta accion depende de condiciones sociales, politicas, fami-liares y economicas; pero particularmente, en condicio-nes de violencia se puede limitar el acceso al ejercicio de los derechos. De esta manera el objetivo de este arti-culo es presentar una reflexion teorica sobre el ejercicio de la autonomia reproductiva en el contexto de violen-cia de pareja y su atencion en los servicios de salud. En primera instancia, se presentan los diversos conceptos de autonomia desde una orientacion filosofica y des-de algunas apuestas feministas; en segunda instancia, se visibilizan algunas dinamicas de la violencia dirigida hacia la mujer en contextos de pareja y los efectos e im-pactos psicosociales, explicacion dada desde las bases estructurales del patriarcado. Para concluir, se establece la relevancia del continuo mejoramiento que deben te-ner las entidades de salud al atender a las mujeres desde un enfoque de derechos, para que puedan obtener un mejor acceso a los servicios de salud y se fortalezca el goce efectivo de su sexualidad. EnglishThere is a need for not to allocate women rights in intangible scenarios where the actions and capacities exercised by women in search of higher welfare states are not noticeable. Nevertheless, that need depends on social, political, family and economic conditions, but particularly, in conditions of violence, access to the exercise of rights can be limited. In that sense, the ob-jective of this article is to present a theoretical reflec-tion on the exercise of reproductive autonomy in the context of Intimate Partner Violence and its support in health services. On the first hand, the different con-cepts of autonomy are presented from a philosophical orientation and from some feminist bets; Secondly, an explanation given from the structural bases of pa-triarchy in which some dynamics of violence directed towards women in contexts of intimate relationships and the psychosocial effects and impacts are noticed. To conclude, it establishes the relevance of the conti-nuous improvements that health entities should have to support women from a human rights perspective so that they can obtain better access to health services and strengthen the effective enjoyment of their sexuality. Furthermore, the most common scenarios such as the family and the community, should foster the bonds of support that contribute to processes in which women make decisions of getting away from aggressors.
